All the profiles are validated before inclusion in the database. Our Office team (Manager/Employee) visits customer’s family & validates each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database. E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added.

Through personal visits. We try and maintain the highest quality in our database. We ensure that only members who are serious about marriage make use of our services.

Free members can view only few of your details. They cannot view your mobile number, photos, horoscope, etc. Paid members can view all your details with your acceptance.

Yes, you can register but, a person should be within your family.

Yes, you can! In a single language domain, a maximum of two profiles (one male and one female) can have the same e-mail ID.

We take 1st POC(Point of contact), 2nd POC (Point of Contact) numbers, Member contact number would be not displayed in profiles. We verify the contact numbers on our personal visits at the member’s place.

We share the contact details personally, after getting acceptance from both families (Groom & Bride).

By checking valid proofs updated by you, Reddy and Reddy Matrimony management can only make the changes.

Your Relationship manager will help you out with the suitable package according your partner preferences.

Relationship Manager works only for paid members. They shortlist & share the profiles as per member preferences, arrange the personal or call meetings as per member’s availability.

Manager will resolve the issues that any member is facing during their membership period. They try to give satisfactory services and to meet the member’s expectations.

The team at Reddy & Reddy Matrimony lists the profiles after a thorough screening including a direct conversation with Bride, Groom and their family members. This consumes a large amount of time or people deployment. Hence, we take the service fee for accessing the listed profiles and a specific consulting fee if our team is involved in focus activities as per the discussion.

Across our memberships, we do not reveal the identities in the first step with logins. The identities are shared only on the members' requests and when we find an appropriate match for the request.

We take a multi-layer approach to safeguard your data. At Reddy & Reddy Matrimony too, we do not give access to all in one go. The data on our portal is highly secured with the high-class SSL (Secured Socket Layer).

Our role starts as you register on our portal. Our Relationship Manager reaches out to you as you register with us to build a detailed profile listing your preferences.

Based on the membership type, the Relationship Manager focuses on sharing the relevant profiles to your preference within the agreed time.

Our role ends with sharing the agreed number of profiles as per your membership plan and connecting with the Bride or Groom as you short-list.

Reddy & Reddy Matrimony does not associate with any agents or matrimony service providers. Our in-house team validates the profiles with thorough screening and has a direct interaction with the Brides, Grooms and their family members to have the direct info. All these are done only to ensure the connection of only genuine profiles.

Also, we undertake a consultative approach to our clientele with the solutions that meet their needs in matchmaking.

We make all efforts to share the number of profiles as per your membership plan within the agreed time. However, in rare scenarios, it might be difficult in completing the sharing of the required profiles based on preferences matches. In such cases, we ask for an extended timeline to complete the profile sharing.
